Peachland Legion’s Mural Artists Arrive in own

Such excitement – the first Making Waves mural artists arrived in town today and are ready to make some art on the walls of the Peachland Legion.

Lacey and Layla, aka LALA met with the Legion team to review the plans and mockups. The bare white walls will soon be transformed in to a vision of gratitude and remembrance.

Please do stop by the Peachland Legion to give the artists a warm Peachland welcome! The love to share their process and approach to public art and welcome interaction with the community.

The painting is expected to last about a week and the official “unveiling” will take place during the Making Waves Mural Festival September 2 – 4, 2022.
